AFAC 2010 Benefit Reception

carrot
The Third Annual Benefit for AFAC's Permanent Home Campaign was a smashing success! $105,729 was raised for our "home!" AFAC is so grateful to all our generous sponsors, the 220 AFAC friends who came to the festivities, the event committee, and the AFAC volunteers and staff who made it happen. The weather was perfect, the inspired remarks by our Honorary Chair, Sheila C. Johnson were a call to action for the hungry in our community, and the silent auction, so beautifully presented by event co-chair Melissa Kalner, provided something for everyone to bid on! But we're not done yet -- we still need your help to finish the job. Less than $400,000 is still to be raised on our journey to $1,000,000 and our Permanent Home. Please don't forget AFAC, our Permanent Home Campaign and, most importantly, the people who come to us for help. We can't do it without you!
